2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack Your Items securely in the original packaging. Write your RMA number clearly on the package.
3. Ship the Item to our return address provided via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items or items shipped in error.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

5. Exchanges
